Tracy Winger serves as SVP, Director of Operations at Truing Capital Advisors, where she oversees the processes and day-to-day operations that support a thoughtful, consistent client experience.
Working closely with the advisory and client service teams, Tracy focuses on making sure the details are handled efficiently and clients receive attentive, personalized service.
With more than 30 years of experience in private banking, Tracy brings a deep understanding of the needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. Her background in client service and operations informs her approach to coordinating the team, strengthening workflows, and helping the firm deliver consistently on its commitments to clients.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Tracy is a proud mother of three and grandmother of eight. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights.
